Soooo.... a little too much speed on the mixer causes the false bottom to move to the edge and up the side, clogging the valve? we had to transfer 92 lbs of grain to this container, clean and replace the false bottom, and refill. This is very reminiscent of our first batch together.. On the plus side, we did seem to get really good efficiency from mixing the mash thrououghly.
