I have no comment for this expression... :-) Soooo....  a little too much speed on the mixer causes the false bottom to move to the edge and up the side, clogging the valve?  we had to transfer 92 lbs of grain to this container, clean and replace the false bottom, and refill. This is very reminiscent of our first batch together..  On the plus side, we did seem to get really good efficiency from mixing the mash thrououghly. me trying to impersonat Chris' trademark stare... Starting to wonder if we are clowns or brewers! THAT, ladies and gentlemen, is 50 Gallons of boiling wort!  10 more of first runnings in a sankey gives a total of 60 gallons... almost TWO BARRELS Chris showing off the big 50 gallon mark!
